TFW Asset Recovery provides asset recovery services for individuals, heirs, and businesses,

including but not limited to financial asset claims, inheritance recovery, real estate surplus recovery,

and related investigations. Our Services are provided by authorized representatives under signed

Power of Attorney agreements.

You agree to use our Services for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws

and regulations.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to

engage our Services. You may not use our Services if you are prohibited from doing so by any

applicable law or regulation.

No Guarantee of Recovery

While TFW Asset Recovery commits to diligent, good-faith efforts in investigating and pursuing

eligible claims, we do not guarantee the recovery of any funds. Each case is unique and subject to

verification, legal review, agency response, and client documentation.

Contingency Fee Agreement

All services are provided under a contingency fee model, meaning you pay nothing unless funds are

recovered on your behalf. The specific terms, fee percentage, and process will be outlined in a

separate written agreement (such as a Client Services Agreement or Power of Attorney) before

services begin.

Confidentiality

All client data submitted to TFW Asset Recovery is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy,

which forms part of these Terms. You agree not to share or misuse proprietary or confidential

information received from us.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and documents, is the property of TFW

Asset Recovery and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy,

reuse, or distribute this content without prior written consent.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms for secure email, document signing, and verification purposes.

You acknowledge that your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service and

privacy policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TFW Asset Recovery and its agents shall not be liable for any

indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our

Services.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate access, or cancel a pending claim if there is

evidence of fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse of our platform or services.

Dispute Resolution

All legal disputes arising from the use of our Services shall be governed by the laws of the State of

California. Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in San Diego County, unless

otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an

updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your

acceptance.
